a Northern Lights Pyrotechnic Club Call to order
A meeting of the NLPC Board Members was held on-line (Skype) on January 14, 2019, at 9:03 pm.

MAFF PROPOSAL
Joe opened the meeting to discuss Maff.
We had a prior meeting with the CJs (cracker jacks club) to discuss a joint effort in hosting it in a different location.
We as the board came together to discuss our concerns and opinions as we were not all present at the CJs meeting, we had with them.
Opinions were voiced that we would need a vote from each member if they were ok with us joining up with the CJS which would push back getting the event organized.
The concerns brought up were that there would not be the public coming to view the shows. The revenue generated could be better or less as a joint effort.
Not being familiar with the layout.
Tim brought up that the Wolfe Farm was an option to go back to this year.
We discussed the pros and cons to having it in either place.
If held at the other location more bodies would be needed, to handle the manufacturing area, set as it would have started 2 days earlier.
Also found out MAPAG has a shoot the same weekend.
We all discussed our concerns and positive points and were turned to vote.
The joint effort was thought that more time was needed to be discussed and thought about at that location and there was not enough time to plan for it this year.
It was voted 3 to 2 to go back to the Wolfe farm for the last year and we would need to find another location for next year.
Tim will let Margaret from the farm know as the board has to vote and approve this happening.
